Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. The idea initially started when someone decided to add their leftover chicken tikka from last night to a simple yet freshly prepared gravy of onions and tomatoes. Healthy Aromatic Morning Teas for Facial Skin Glow- Orange Tea (Blog 3)

Next up in line is Orange. A fruit that is always available in my kitchen pantry. No matter which season or what time of the day, we heavily consume this fruit and is everyone's favorite in my house. Packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants, oranges have 0 fat and sodium. They have several health benefits such as:

🟠Protection against cell damage
🟠Fight against cancer-causing radicals
🟠Boost immune system
🟠Lower stress hormone and blood pressure
🟠Help body produce collagen that heals and makes your skin smooth
Surprisingly, the peel of oranges also has great health benefits which shouldn't be ignored so I don't prefer discarding the peel. Instead I soak the peel under the sun for a day (so that it lasts longer without getting spoiled) and add it to my tea. With just a few more ingredients the tea is ready.

Ingredients

➤1 cup of water
➤extract of 1/2 orange
➤1tsp dried and crushed orange peel
➤1 tbsp maple syrup
➤couple of mint leaves (optional)

1. Boil 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and add 1tsp dried and powdered orange peel

2. In a cup extract juice of 1/2 orange, add maple syrup and mint leaves (optional).

3. Strain and pour the orange-peel-infused-water into the cup. Stir and enjoy!
