Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. Healthy Aromatic Morning Teas for Facial Skin Glow- Hibiscus Tea (Blog 1)

No morning is complete without a cup of your favorite warm and aromatic tea. Simply choose one flavor that has a pleasant smell and excites your taste buds and sip it while flipping through your favorite magazine pages.
Researches have proven several health benefits of teas and decoctions such as:
🍁Boosts metabolism
🍁Improves Immune system
🍁Helps in healthy weight loss
🍁Increases facial and over all skin glow

As I'm a crazy health freak, I just look around my kitchen for herbs, fruits, flowers literally anything that has properties to enhance your facial skin; the one thing I'm always conscious of. One fine morning I rummaged through my kitchen cabinet for my Lipton tea bags but alas I couldn't find any. But since I'm used to having early morning teas I decided to try something new. I always knew the  health benefits of hibiscus flower for hair and frequently used My DIY Homemade Hibiscus and Fenugreek Infused Oil and experienced the best results ever since. But I was unaware of its benefits for skin.  I decided to try having hibiscus tea for a week straight and kept note of changes in my facial skin. Shockingly, I did witness my skin turning smooth and glowy as I started to take it daily. I then decided to share my experience with my family and my mother was the first one to join me in this routine.

Apart from skin benefits, a major and quite well-known fact about hibiscus flower is that it helps increase hemoglobin level in blood . This flower is just MIRACLE! Its best to have hibiscus planted in your garden/balcony so that you can sufficiently pluck flowers daily that are fresh and free of any pesticides. All you'll need to prepare the tea is:

Ingredients

➤1 cup of water
➤2-3 fresh hibiscus flowers
➤a pinch of cinnamon powder
➤2-3 tsp organic honey

1. In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water and as soon as it reaches maximum temperature switch the flame off.

2. Wash the flowers well. Add the hibiscus in the boiling water and cover it with a lid. Let it rest for 15 minutes or until you see the water turning red and the flowers blanch.

3. Once its done carefully strain off the infusion in a cup. Add a dash of cinnamon powder for aroma and honey for sweetening the tea. Stir and enjoy!
