Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. Delicious and Wholesome Buttermilk Rusks By Rizwana

Cooking and baking is a passion that I’ve grown to love ever since I was 9 years old, when I baked my first ever rock hard cupcakes, ever since then I have improved drastically. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen with my family, food is what unites us. From learning to make samoosas with my grandmother to braising burgers with my uncles and baking bagels with my cousins, I’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge.

I’m the type of person who prefers stress baking rather than stress eating. However I have quite the reputation for being a “teapot”, I can drink 5-6 cups of tea a day, and my mug is often compared to a swimming pool. I sometimes like to have a light bite with my tea and nothing is better than freshly-baked rusks. I’m also partial to granola and chia seeds, I throw chia seeds on almost everything which makes it even better! So here's my recipe for some warm and wholesome buttermilk rusks that will just melt in your mouth:
