Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. The idea initially started when someone decided to add their leftover chicken tikka from last night to a simple yet freshly prepared gravy of onions and tomatoes. Its sweet as well as tangy taste of onions and tomatoes, the burnt aroma of grilled chicken and the richness of cashews and cream. A perfect blend of all the goodne...

DIY Sea Stones Phone Case With 3D Design Effects

Creativitis not just more than being different. Making anything simple into awesomely simple and fun is Creativity. Every child is born an artist but not everyone stays until they grow up.

If not all but at least some of us love to regularly change our phone cases. Sometimes you want to match it with your dress, or other times to your bed covers. So why buy a new one every time when you can easily make them at home?

Check out my How To Make A Phone Case With Grip From Scratch. This one is simple and a lil different from the ones you usually see on the internet.

For this DIY you'll require:

-wallpaper
-double-sided tape
-UHU glue (or some good adhesive)
-clear phone case
-scissors
-pencil
-hole punch
-seashells and colored stones
-metal badge
-clear nail polish/nail top coat

1. Place the clear phone case on the wallpaper and trace it out including the camera and flashlight hole. Using a scissor precisely cut the camera hole and using a hole punch cut out the flashlight hole as well. (since I have a fingerprint sensor, I also need to cut that hole)

2. Apply UHU glue all over the back of the clear phone case and stick this cut-out wallpaper.

3. Now a metal badge can be found anywhere. Collect any famous brand logo badge (you can easily find them on handbags, wallets, etc.) I have used a beautiful metal logo from a local brand that has two tiny hearts hanging by loops.
Place this metal piece on the remaining wallpaper and carefully trace and cut it out.

4. Next, cut two-inch squares of double-sided tape and stick it on the backside where you want the logo to be placed. You need to cut two pieces of the tape and stick it on one another and stick the cut-out wallpaper on it. Now that the cut-out wallpaper of the logo is stuck on two double-sided tapes it gives the cover a 3D look. Apply some adhesive on the metal piece and press it down on the raised wallpaper.

5. Now is the fun part. Scatter the stones and shells on the cover and place them precisely where you want to stick them. I have collected a few colored stones and shells, some very tiny pebbles, and a pumice rock piece from the seashore. Apply UHU on the stones and press them firmly on the case. Finally, finish it with a top coat/ clear nail polish on the stones aaaand TA! DAAA! Your phone case is ready! The stones and the raised brand logo/badge will give your phone case that 3D look.
