Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

 Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. Duck Magret And Avocado Toast With Balsamic Cream By Nas Paragus

If you feel like you’ve already tried every single possible avocado toast combination. I think you may have missed one along the way and it is this simple yet delicious duck magret/ guacamole toast! 

Preparing breakfasts for lazy mornings is so unmotivating but if you have this quick and simple recipe of avocado toast with duck magret, with just a few more ingredients in your pantry then half of your tension is already over.

Make sure you have the following in your kitchen cabinet:

Ingredients

🍞 Whole grain bread
🍞 Ripe avocado- 1
🍞 SeaSalt & pepper
🍞 Lemon juice
🍞 Duck breast-1
🍞 Balsamic cream
🍞 Corn kernels

1. To make it first toast some whole grain bread.

2. Mash one ripe avocado with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

3. Cut the duck breast into thin slices then cook the duck 2 min on each side and add it on the toast right away.

4. Finally sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top, drizzle some balsamic cream as well and add some corn for extra crunchiness.

These toasts are perfect for an appetizer, a starter or even a main course if you’re not too hungry!

Si vous pensez avoir tout essayé en terme de toasts à l’avocat, il y a moyen que vous n’ayez pas penser à ce combo magret de canard/ avocat! 

Et mélange qui vaut la peine d’être testé! Pour commencer toastez des tranches de pain complet, écrasez votre avocat bien mûr avec du sel, du poivre et du citron et étalez le sur le pain; ensuite faites cuire le magret 2 min par face et rajoutez le par dessus l’avocat; finissez avec un trait de crème balsamique, du maïs croquant et du gros sel!
