Your Secret Recipe To The Perfect Silky Smooth Butter Chicken

Have you ever planned a get together where you wondered what's that one recipe that will win hearts and found yourself perplexed because all you could think about is biryani which is again the same usual main course recipe that every other person makes. Unlike others, I'm not a die-hard fan of briyawni or whatever whitewashed tone you use to call it. Matter of fact I don't even understand the hype. anyways biryani isn't a big deal either if you are a Hyderabadi like me. So this is where the butter chicken comes into picture.  Butter chicken is one of the latest introductions to the Indian cuisine, must be some decades old and not more. The idea initially started when someone decided to add their leftover chicken tikka from last night to a simple yet freshly prepared gravy of onions and tomatoes. DIY Mango Kulfi Ice-Cream

Summer is retreating so I thought why not share a quick and easy Mango Kulfi Ice-cream recipe with you all. Mango was never my choice of flavor, be it for juices or ice-creams from the grocery store. It's the artificial flavors that I disliked the most since they were nowhere close to the refreshing and relishing taste of real mangoes. However, I've come up with the most savory recipe of mango ice-cream. Thank me every time you bask in the heavenly taste of these spoonfuls.  Let's begin with the ingredients you already have in your pantry:

Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes
Nestle All Purpose Cream (or any other)-  170gm
Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk- 3/4 cup
Nestle Nido Milk Powder- 4 tbsp
Mixed Almond, Cashew, Pistachios- A handful, finely chopped
Cardamon- a pinch

Extract the mango pulp thoroughly and on high speed blend it well so that no lumps remain.
Empty the pulp from the blender jar in a big bowl and add All Purpose Cream and Condensed milk. Keep blending with hand and add milk powder spoon by spoon.
When all these ingredients seem to be mixed thoroughly, add just a pinch of cardamon and finely chopped mixed nuts.
Chill the prepared cream in the freezer for at least 6 hours in a thick plastic container with a tight lid. Prior to serving, garnish some chopped almonds and pistachios.
